Thames Water are a high profile organisation whose activities are constantly scrutinised by many commentators. Their operations are diverse as they impact on the lives of over 13 million customers. Unsurprisingly the HR function faces many challenges in looking after the needs of 8,000+ staff who operate in a wide range of locations and roles, balancing both environmental and business pressures.
Academy initially provided resource for the design and delivery of new organisational strategies.Following on from this, the involvement widened and Academy provided both Permanent and Interim Resource across a number of Key areas including Learning and Development and Shared Services.
