BPS Level A/B

Knowing how to recognise and build the best from the rest is a key skill in the selection, training and development and coaching of staff. Becoming a competent user of psychological instruments in an occupational setting will provide you with an additional dimension to your understanding of people and their potential in your business, as well as giving you a transferable recognised qualification with the BPS.

Our Level A and B training programmes demonstrate a commitment to the ethical use and application of assessment tools and techniques. Trainers are experienced psychologists who ensure that you are able to gain practical insights into ability and personality potential.

Professional Coaches who do not wish to follow the BPS certification route, may take Level B training only and be qualified by Hogrefe to purchase and utilise their personality inventory products, including NEO PI-R, Focus 20 and PASAT.
