Plymouth Hospitals NHS Trust

Academy provides an outsourced assessment service for senior level appointments. the services has been used in the selection of:
Director of Nursing
Director of Clinical Professions
Directorate Manager for Medicine

The Trust initially needed advice on the appropriate choice of tests for each role.
Assessments were completed online with results produced in advance of the interview. A feedback report was produced and fed directly to the assessment panel to help them interpret the findings and to prepare for the interview process.

Once the panel had reached its decision unsuccessful candidates were offered a feedback session in order that they could learn from the process.
