Our assessors are BPS qualified and have experience of a wide range of assessment centre techniques including Aptitude Testing, Personality Assessment, In-tray Exercises, Group Exercises, Presentations, Trading Simulations.

Our MIS and ATS systems ensure that you retain control at all times. They also guarantee a consistent, speedy process for applicants. Appropriate communication is generated to either reject or move an applicant to the next stage of the process. We are available to give personal feedback to candidates at all stages.
